What is Launchpad?
Launchpad is a six-week summer internship program offered by HLK in St. Louis. Interns take on real client projects and learn from mentors while building their resumes and portfolios. Sure, we want to work with talented people. That’s a given. But that’s not all. We also want to work with talented trainees who are driven. Those who know that “good enough” is never good enough. Those who don’t just say that something won’t work, but bring a solution, too. We want people who really want to understand and get experience in the advertising business. Our interns aren't fetching coffee or doing any other stereotypical intern task, because this isn't an average internship. Launchpad is an opportunity for students and young professionals in the industry to get a feel for agency life and the HLK culture.
