We’re halfway and celebrating our third week of being Team Acuity at Launchpad. It seems fitting to reflect on one of the most influential aspects of this internship program: The mentorship. From one-on-one meetings to gaining connections within the agency, our mentors have been nothing short of extraordinary.

“Having a mentor within HLK has been amazing and super helpful. My mentor, Alexander, is always willing to go out of his way to help me with anything, whether it be work related or not. I'm disappointed we can't meet our mentors in person but even through a work-from-home setting, Alexander has made it really easy to talk and always has his door open.”

In three weeks, I think we can all say we’re growing and growing fast. Growing as industry creatives, concept developers, budget critics, social strategists, and planning experts. Aside from our advertising abilities and rapid growth, our friendship is growing too. We went from strangers, to teammates and most importantly, to friends. It’s time to present our first pitch. They say ignorance is bliss. Let’s see how this goes. We’re ready!
